Legal information
Online sales are launching soon. Until then we do not accept orders through the website – the ordering, payment and delivery rules below apply from the start of sales. Questions: contact form.
Steel Progress runs an online shop for customers in Poland. Contracts are concluded in Polish, and our terms and policies exist only in Polish. This page is a short guide in English and does not replace them. The Polish text is the binding version.

Key points in plain English
This summary is for guidance only. If it differs from the Polish documents, the Polish documents apply.
- We deliver only to addresses in Poland. Prices are in PLN and include 23% VAT; you pay when you order, through Przelewy24.
- If you buy as a consumer (or as a sole trader buying outside your professional field), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- We are responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.
- A kit is assembled and welded by you, and you are responsible for assembling it correctly. We are responsible for any lack of conformity of the parts themselves – a missing part, a wrong dimension, a material defect – but not for defects caused by assembly that departs from our instructions, by modifying the parts or by using the kit for something it is not intended for. If an error in our instructions led to incorrect assembly, we are responsible for it. Check the parts against the parts list and dry-fit them before welding: a tacked or welded kit loses value, which matters if you withdraw from the contract.
- The seller is the controller of your personal data – summary below, full text in the privacy policy.
