Choose the size by your gas cylinder.
All three sizes share the same handle frame and the same side panels. Only the deck, the wheelbase and the cylinder holder change.
Why flat sheet steel
Laser-cut sheet instead of angle iron
Every part has tab-and-slot joints. You dry-fit the cart, tap the parts home with a rubber mallet and it stands square before you strike an arc. Joint clearance is 0.25–0.3 mm per side, so you need no welding jigs.
Tack, weld, paint. Weld the panels from the centre outwards in short runs, so the heat doesn't pull the 2 mm sheet out of shape.

Every kit carries a design release number. The geometry that was checked before cutting is the geometry that reaches you on a pallet.

FAQ
Questions before you buy
Do I need welding experience?
Some. The tab-and-slot joints hold the geometry, so you need no jigs, but welding 2 mm sheet takes a bit of practice.
What's in the kit and what do I buy separately?
The base kit has all the laser-cut steel parts, the CNC-bent tube hoops and a straight grab handle, solid side panels, two cylinder straps and the fixings. Wheels and paint are bought separately – the wheels are also available as an add-on in our Polish shop.
Do you ship outside Poland?
Not yet. We currently ship within Poland only: the cart goes by pallet courier for 89 zł per order.
Is the cart stable without a cylinder?
It is lighter at the back. Fit the cylinder first and then the welder, pull the empty cart smoothly and do not pull the drawers out on a slope.
Can I pay in euros?
No. Sales go through our Polish shop, with payment in Polish zloty (PLN) through Przelewy24.
